Past Week

Tonight Hannah has some girlfriends over aad since I got done at the academy early, I figured I have nothing better to do then to update my blog.
Last Saturday Hannah and I went with this elderly couple, the Drennans to clean Camp Zarahemla, which is a church camp about 2 hours away. We left at 7 in the morning and the Drennans bought us breakfeast, which was so good because we never go out for breakfeast. While cleaning we met this couple, the Buttons who brought their kayak with them and persuaded us to use it out on the lake. It was the first time me or Hannah had ever been in a kayak. We paddled around for about 30 to 40 minutes on the lake, it was a lot of fun and we hope to do it again sometime.
I began classes this week and all is well, I am very excited for this Saturday as it will be our first hands on day, where we get to suit up in full gear and do drills with hose lines and entering a building on fire, I am looking forward to live action instead of reading it from a book.
