Recovery and Organizing

Hannah is a week and a half out of surgery and she is doing well. She is not able to really exercise or lift anything for a month, so I am trying to make up for that and working out longer. She had four days off of work and then went back to work this entire week. She is doing well, she had some friends bring her goodies and her Mom and Dad made some great meals last week as well.

Hannah's parents also helped clean up our garage and we put in some storage shelves above the garage door. We have put our holiday decorations and other things up there that we do not need to get to that often. It looks great, thanks Mom and Dad.

I have successfully passed two of the three tests to become a volunteer firefighter. I had a written test three weeks ago, and my oral interview was last week. My interview went great and got me even more pumped up and ready to go. So the last hurdle is the physical test which will be on August 9th. If all goes well I should be beginning in their academy by late August.
